When i try to follow the procedure of connect the wave to kies, it never connects. It always shows as "connecting the device.. please wait" but it never connects. And thus i cant use the samsung apps Via USB connection.

I have taken all precautions of closing all the open apps etc before connecting the device. It simply does not work out. Can anyone kindly help?

Mass storage problems: My Kies tells me that I have to re-connect again in Kies mode, and that the mass storage mode is not supported by Kies when I try connecting to Kies via the uSB cable. I have tried closing all programs on the Wave befor connecting. If I try connecting in Kies mode, Kies spins continuously without being able to connect :-(

I had just bought this new wave and I'm really amazed with it's features but it has a back log and trying to figure out what's wrong with it. When I need to access the internet through my phone an error pops saying "Internal server error", so I will switch off the phone and turn it on, with that I can connect and disconnect with the internet. The problem was if after sometime your not connected to the internet and decided to access the internet the error message prompts again, so you need to repeat the annoying process of turning the cellphone "on" and "off" all over again just to have an internet connection. It would be highly appreciated if you could help me on this annoying circumstances
